Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if your purchase did not meet your expectations, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery at contact@smarthomegadgets.shop to initiate the return process and we will provide full instructions on how to return your product.

The item must have the original packaging and in new resalable condition to be eligible for a return (otherwise a restocking fee will be applied). Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery. 

We will notify you when we have received your returned item and when your refund has been approved. Refunds will issued as a credit and will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we have received the item.

Damages

We make every effort to pack your items to prevent damage during shipping, but if your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your package to initiate the return process and we will provide full instructions on how to return your damaged product.

Defects 

We understand how exasperating it must be to receive a defective item upon arrival, so we will replace defective products returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us to initiate the return process and we will provide full instructions on how to return your product. Defective products must be returned in original packaging with all included components including manuals etc. Do not use the product box as a shipping box. We will ship you a new item as soon as the defective one arrives.
